Our aim in 2019 is:

• Develop well-rounded young players through the appropriate football environment which teaches respect, humility, integrity and reward through effort and fair play at all times.
• Provide an environment for every player which allows freedom of expression, creativity and a love of the beautiful game.
• Encourage our young players to express who they are through their football.
• Provide football training which systematically develops and instils the key football attributes of technique, ball skill, and football intelligence.

Junior training sessions are yet to be confirmed and are still subject to change based on current registered players’ availability and preferences.

Rowville Eagles F.C. is committed to nurturing their junior players and guiding them into the Senior level of competitiveness and, one day, play in the Senior squad.

Qualified Coaches are appointed to each team as we believe this to be important for the development of Junior players within the club.
